Conference packages

As an alternative to billing for each individual service, we also give you the option of choosing a fixed conference package, which makes it easy to budget. Our conference packages include standard technology, conference beverages, lunch and coffee breaks. They apply to 10 People or more.

We can also prepare customized conference packages that meet your individual needs and reflect your event profile.

All prices are listed per person and include applicable VAT.

Unlimited soft drinks in the conference room (still/sparkling water, coke, apple juice, orange juice)
An ATLANTIC Break mid-morning with coffee, tea, a sweety, savoury and fruity components
Lunch either as a buffet or as a 2-course-menu with a choice of main courses and a set starter (according to attendance) determined by seasonal availability or our head chef and including unlimited soft drinks
An ATLANTIC Break in the afternoon with coffee, tea, cake and savoury and fruity variation of our cuisine

For the ATLANTIC Break, we welcome you to a pleasant atmosphere in our foyer on the 8th floor or, if you prefer, right in the conference room. We serve you coffee and coffee specialities as well as our selection of ALTHAUS teas, together with sweet, savoury and seasonal delicacies changing daily – something to suit everyone‘s taste. Prepare to be surprised!

A welcome diversion is offered by our XBox in the foyer, a visit to our Smoker‘s Lounge, or a walk in the adjoining park with fountain.

Conference Menus & Buffets

Our conference packages already include lunch for your conference participants. Our chef de cuisine selects the individual components. If there are more than 25 people attending, we also offer a lunch buffet with various salads and appetizers, a choice of three different main courses (meat, fish and vegetarian) and a dessert buffet. The selection of dishes varies with the seasons – for example, summer features a barbecue in our historic courtyard overlooking the façades of nearby Böttcherstrasse.

Alternatively, you can create your own menu or buffet for a charge in addition to the conference package.
