In the restaurant ATLANTIC Grillroom, we prepare your dish in the most traditional, honest and aromatic way: on a lava stone grill. Discover what grill can be!

The menu includes meat and fish classics as well as tasty vegetarian and vegan creations.

The authentic Münster clinker brick look, the friendly, attentive service and the selection of exquisite wines sum up to your perfect dinner experience.

Due to the open lava stone show grill, dogs are not allowed in the restaurant.

25. Dezember | Feiertagsmenü 
Am ersten Weihnachtsfeiertag servieren wir ein festliches Menü mit Aperitif, wahlweise mittags um 12:00 Uhr oder abends um 18:30 Uhr. Auf der Karte stehen unter anderem sanft gegarte Fjordforelle, Schwarzwurzelcremesuppe mit Trüffelbutter und gegrillter Rücken vom Weidenlamm. Auch die vegetarische Variante ist ein vollwertiges Menü: mit geschmortem Rotkohl, gegrillter Aubergine und viel Aroma. 

26. & 27. Dezember | Weihnachtsbrunch 
An den beiden Tagen nach Weihnachten laden wir zum festlichen Brunch in den Grillroom ein. Zu den Frühstücksklassikern kommen eine winterliche Suppe, zwei warme Speisen und ein Dessert. Ein entspannter Ausklang der Feiertage, mit Familie oder Freunden. 

31. Dezember | Silvester 
Zum Jahresabschluss gibt es unser Chefs Choice Menü in fünf Gängen, mit gebeiztem Label Rouge Lachs, gegrilltem Loup de Mer und Roastbeef vom Grill. Wer es vegetarisch mag, wählt das passende Menü mit Kartoffel-Trüffel-Terrine. Im Anschluss geht es im Engelsaal mit Live DJ und Disco Dance ins neue Jahr.

Breakfast buffet

Monday to Friday from 6.30 am to 10.30 am
Saturday, Sunday and public holidays from 7.00 am to 11.00 am

In the spirit of sustainability, we offer a rich breakfast buffet or Etageren breakfast (at low occupancy) according to your wishes. Our reception will be happy to inform you about this in advance. 

External guests are also welcome to book our breakfast buffet.
The breakfast price is from Monday to Friday € 26.00, on holidays and weekends € 35.00 per person.
Our weekend breakfast offers an extended selection with additional highlights such as sparkling wine, Franzbrötchen (cinnamon rolls), warm pastries and an expanded selection of fish.
Please inquire in advance whether seats are available on your desired date.

Lunch

Monday to Saturday from 12.00 noon to 2.00 pm
At lunchtime we offer you a 3-course menu or buffet for € 38.50 including water, apple juice and coffee (unlimited), depending on occupancy. Alternatively, an à la carte light lunch in the Deli Lounge.
 

Dinner :

At the ATLANTIC Grillroom, we will spoil you with our à la carte menu.
High-quality ingredients, creative compositions and an atmosphere that invites you to linger – experience cuisine that appeals to all the senses.

For groups of 11 or more, we are happy to offer the following menus selected by our head chef:

• Grill Trio Special including a starter, side dish and sauce for £59.00 per person
• Refined 3- or 4-course "Chef's Choice" menu for £75.00 or £85.00 per person
