Our chef de cuisine and his international team take you on a culinary journey around the world on which you can discover a wide range of epicurean delights from other countries. Open daily from 5.30 am with a marvellous view of the Bremen airport runway to accompany the international cuisine.

Enjoy German-French brasserie cuisine in the elegant and sophisticated ambience of the Restaurant alto. In the heart of the old town, the Restaurant alto offers a seasonally changing menu. When the weather is fine, the Mediterranean courtyard garden invites you to relax and enjoy, while on cooler days the winter garden and numerous séparées invite you to sit back and relax.

In our restaurant CAMPUS we await you with a diverse and vital food selection with regional influences. The terrace with a magnificent view of the Universum Lake offers the perfect setting to start the morning with a cup of coffee to end the day with a sundowner.

In the heart of the Vahr district, the Restaurant DERBY serves not only exceptional Italian dishes by head chef Francesco Cannistra from Italy but also offers a unique panoramic view over the vast expanse of the racing and golf course.

Directly at the largest Mercedes-Benz plant in the world – you will experience delicious dishes of modern, international cuisine that you can enjoy with all your senses. Your vehicle pick-up will therefore also be a culinary highlight.

In the restaurant ATLANTIC Grillroom, we prepare your dish in the most traditional, honest and aromatic way: on a lava stone grill. Discover what grill can be!

In our restaurant & inclusive bar on the 15th floor of the ATLANTIC Hotel Heidelberg, you can expect one of the best wine lists in Heidelberg, creative signature dishes, fresh seafood and a unique grill concept. In addition, our bar offers a cosy smokers' lounge that invites you to linger.

In the ATLANTIC Congress Hotel Essen the focus is on the optimum conference facilities as well as stylish indulgence. The meat restaurant The LOUIS Grillroom in the LOUIS hotel in Munich captivates by its noble and lasting focus on meat courts. Additionally, it offers a high-quality selection of vegan dishes. The clear design with warm colours and natural materials invites to a cosy stay.

Tipken’s by Nils Henkel is one of the two restaurants in Severin*s Resort & Spa and serves delicious cuisine in a casual setting. Here you can start the day with an exquisite breakfast in the authentic natural style of the Severin*s Resort & Spa. Enjoy modern flora and fauna cuisine which combines regional and international products and the world’s finest aromas. In the afternoon, you can relax on the Tipken’s terrace with a tempting choice of cakes and pastries from the hotel’s own patisserie.   

The Hoog is one of the two restaurants in Severin*s Resort & Spa – bistro, bar and tearoom in one with a delicious and varied menu. It is a popular meeting place for breakfast à la carte, lunch after a walk along the tidal flats or, in the afternoon, for coffee and tea specialities and exquisite  tarts from the hotel’s own patisserie. In the evenings, Hoog is the place to end the day with dinner in a relaxed and informal setting. We serve traditional regional and international specialities – from beef roulades to sashimi.

The Sylt culinary culture combines the best of the North Sea: salt marshes, dunes and the sound of the sea. Wild herbs from the Sylt heath landscape, fresh marine animals from the North Sea and products from local farmers are the basis for the dishes typical of the region, which are served in the cozy restaurant or on the terrace.

Das ÖSCH NOIR ist das mit zwei MICHELIN-Sternen ausgezeichnete Gourmetrestaurant im Severin*s Resort & Spa Öschberghof und steht für Fine Dining auf höchstem Niveau. Unter der Leitung von Manuel Ulrich trifft moderne französische Küche auf exzellente Produkte, kreative Präzision und einen Service, der besondere Abende unvergesslich macht. Das ESSZIMMER ist das lichtdurchflutete Hotel-Restaurant im Severin*s Resort & Spa Öschberghof. Hier beginnt der Tag mit einem abwechslungsreichen Frühstücksbuffet, bevor am Abend saisonale Menüs und à la carte Gerichte mit internationalen und regionalen Einflüssen auf gehobenem Niveau serviert werden. Im RISTORANTE & PIZZERIA HEXENWEIHER erleben Gäste italienische Lebensfreude in entspannter, familiärer Atmosphäre. Knusprige Steinofenpizza, hausgemachte Pasta sowie Fleisch- und Fischgerichte bringen den Geschmack Italiens in den Schwarzwald. Im Sommer lädt die große Terrasse mit Blick auf den Golfplatz dazu ein, mediterrane Klassiker und eisgekühlte Drinks unter freiem Himmel zu genießen.

Die ÖVENTHÜTTE verbindet alpenländisches Flair mit urigem Charme und einer herrlich ungezwungenen Atmosphäre. Unter Schwarzwald-Tannen gelegen, ist sie der perfekte Ort für gesellige Stunden nach der Golfrunde, beim Sonntagsspaziergang oder für besondere Feiern. TANÖSHI steht für japanische Geschmackskunst und authentische Spezialitäten in perfekter Handarbeit. Sushimeister Supachai Tomsoongnoen und sein Team servieren Sushi von außergewöhnlicher Qualität, ergänzt durch Ramen, Bowls, Salate und weitere asiatische Köstlichkeiten. Begleitet von Sake, japanischem Bier und ausgewählten Weinen entsteht ein kulinarisches Erlebnis, das fernöstliche Leichtigkeit und höchsten Genuss verbindet.
