Our ATLANTIC Hotel family gets a new member in Frankfurt am Main. The 4-star-superior ATLANTIC Hotel will be located in the beautiful Europaviertel next to the trade fair (Messe) and with direct local transport to the main railway station.
Plans call for 374 rooms up to the 19th floor of the 34-storey high-rise building. Highlights will include the fitness area on the 19th floor and the hotel bar on the 20th floor with an incredible view at a height of 64 metres.
After the groundbreaking ceremony in February 2022, the foundation stone was laid in February 2023. The foundation stone for the new office and hotel high-rise in Frankfurt am Main was laid in February 2023. By 2026/27, the building will be constructed at the junction of Europa-Allee / Emser Brücke with a height of 124 m directly connected to the new trade fair entrance "Messeplatz".

With the Severin*s Resort & Spa on Lake Tegernsee, our exclusive Severin*s Hotels and Resorts are also expanding. The 6,000 m² resort with a unique view of Lake Tegernsee is being built in the popular Seestrasse. A total of 56 rooms and suites impress visitors above all with casual luxury and reflect the typical Alpine style of the region. In addition to a spacious spa and wellness area, three function rooms are planned for exclusive events and celebrations. The Severin*s philosophy is already popular on Sylt and in Lech am Arlberg and will soon also ensure unforgettable holiday experiences on Lake Tegernsee. Opening is scheduled for 2026/27.
The new 4-star superior ATLANTIC Hotel Erfurt is being built in the middle of the ICE-City in the “Tower West”. Chock full of character, the building offers the ideal connection to the historic city centre.
Over 200 rooms are currently planned. In addition, there will be office units and a spacious event, conference and meeting area for leisure and business travellers.
