Every bottle sparklingly unique

Veronika and Alvar Roosimaa spent over ten years transforming an 18th century historic farm in western Estonia into their dream: the Jaanihanso Cider House.

The farm’s nutrient-rich soil offers ideal conditions for the more than 5,000 fruit trees. The juice is extracted from the ripe apples in autumn before being fermented for months according to ancient tradition. Just like Champagne, the cider is stored in the bottle, lending it its characteristic aroma.

“A true discovery,” enthused Marc Rohe, Deputy Managing Director and Head of Projects and Development at ATLANTIC Hotels, whose attention was drawn to the certified organic Estonian producer during a family holiday.

The unique cider can be enjoyed in all ATLANTIC hotels as of May – the first exclusive gastronomy partner of Jaanihanso in Germany.
