The 20 meter pool in the heart of the spa area impresses with an illuminated projection of a Baltic Sea panorama.
After a refreshing swim, you can enjoy a healthy and relaxing sauna or steam bath session in the Finnishsauna (90 °C), sanarium (60 °C) and two steam baths (45 °C / 55 °C). In the rest room next door, you can close your eyes and find your inner peace. A pleasure for all the senses! Our saunas and steam baths are available daily from 04.00 pm. If you would like to use them earlier, please inform our team at the hotel reception.
The fitness area with the cardio and muscle strengthening equipment will make you look forward to a work out – feel the burn on the cross trainer or use the free space for mat/floor exercises.
Our Yoga and Pilates classes are suitable for the beginner, for those who just want to try it out and of course also for the expert. The lessons encourage gentle movements, harmonize the entire organism and provide guidance for generating new vitality. Your new-found inner centredness opens up a smooth path that leads you to inner peace. As a welcome side-effect, you fortify your body and enhance your mindfulness. Our course programme is inclusive for hotel guests.
