The spacious pool is the centre of our wellness world and is perfect for a refreshing and invigorating dip – do laps whilst enjoying the early morning peace and quiet or relax in the evening after an eventful day.

The illuminated projection of a Baltic Sea panorama creates a wonderful atmosphere.

The pool measures 4 x 20 metres and has a depth of 1.35 metres. Plenty of space, therefore, to swim at an agreeable temperature of 27 °C or take it easy and go with the flow!

From 12 February 2024, we are offering you the opportunity to get to know our new aqua fitness (water gymnastics) course offer during your stay – as part of your ATLANTIC wellness package. 

Our trainer, Mrs Marlene Furchtmann, will accompany you with her experience to give you the opportunity to take part in our aqua fitness course offer in the swimming pool during your stay. 

Our aqua fitness classes for you:

• Monday 09.30 am to 10.00 am
• Wednesday 09.30 am to 10.00 am
