Lessons that encourage gentle movements, harmonize the entire organism and provide guidance for generating new vitality. Your new-found inner centredness opens up a smooth path that leads you to inner peace. As a welcome side-effect, you fortify your body and enhance your mindfulness.
Our course programme is inclusive for hotel guests.
Our trained yoga teachers guide you through dynamic vinyasa flows in which movement and breathing combine to create a flowing experience. With a focus on their precise alignment, different body positions are taken up in a variety of ways, creating a harmonious and creative flow of movement sequences. As we move from one asana to the next, we are truly in the “here and now” and arrive at our tranquil inner island. Yoga promotes one’s own body awareness, strengthens and stretches the muscles, boosts the cardiovascular system and promotes mindfulness, resulting in a stress-relieving effect.
Target group: Yoga is suitable for anyone who wants to bring body, mind and soul into a state of harmony. Possible for every fitness level.
Duration: 60 minutes.

In Pilates, the focus is always on controlled and concentrated movement. Quality is more important than quantity in all exercises.

For Constanze, there is nothing better than passing on to others some of the happiness that Yoga and Pilates mean to her. She grew up with Yoga and successfully completed her first Hatha Yoga Teacher Training at the Academy for Yoga in Berlin in 2004. Following that, she went to California for two years to complete her second Teacher Training in TriYoga with Kali Ray and is certified up to Level 2. She can now look back on over 800 training hours and 17 years of professional experience. Constanze has attended numerous advanced training courses and workshops with renowned teachers (including Christiane Wolff, Dinah Rodriguez, Christine Lobe and Daniel Orlanski). Through this wealth of experience, she has continuously developed her own Yoga and Pilates practice and her teaching approach.
Constanze Hesse-Neuhaus teaches mindfulness-based Hatha Yoga in the Flow style, significantly influenced and inspired by TriYoga. Breath and movement merge with each other in harmonious and flowing movements. Her Yoga classes convey the foundation of Yoga practice:
Breath observation and breath control (pranayama), the learning of postures (asanas) and movement sequences (flows), rest and relaxation (savasana) and inner contemplation (meditation).
The movement sequences can be slow and gentle as well as powerful and dynamic. In all cases, the lessons are varied and appropriate for every level!
