15th anniversary and 10 years of #greensail

The 50 invited guests, from the rector of the Bremerhaven University of Applied Sciences to the supplier for the Regio-Shop, were thrilled by the 5th info dinner on leftovers. Regardless of whether it was a large kitchen or a single household - course after course there were tasty insights for all participants on the topic of food waste! A great format to show how small measures can lead to measurable success.

With more than 500 individual measures, the 4-star hotel on the Weser dike is celebrating its 15th anniversary and 10 years of #greensail #grünunterwegs at the same time.
