Admission tickets
We recommend that you book your tickets for the Klimahaus or the Deutsche Auswandererhaus during your direct online booking with us. Your tickets will then be conveniently ready for you when you check in.

Bicycle storage
There are 19 bike boxes for secure bicycle storage under the Conference Center plus 4 bike boxes for bicycles with trailers (also suitable for e-bikes) available to the public. 
Cost: € 1.00 per use (no time limit).
Reservation is not possible.

Free storage is possible in a section of the underground car park behind a roller shutter.

Bicycle rental
Two e-bikes are available for hire at reception. 
You can also rent a wide range of bikes at the Tourist Information opposite the hotel:

Birthdays / Special occasions
Do you have an extra wish or are you planning a small gift for a birthday or anniversary? Please contact our reception team well in advance.

Breakfast
Our rich breakfast buffet is available in our restaurant STROM on the ground floor

Monday – Friday from 6.30 – 11.30 am, as well as 
Saturday and Sunday from 6.30 am – 01.00 pm

for our guests.

Table reservations for breakfast are not possible.
We will seat you at your individual breakfast time depending on space availability.

You have booked a rate without breakfast? Simply book breakfast for € 27.00 per person per day, please contact our reception team.

Check-Out
Your room will be at your disposal until 11.00 am on the day of departure.
Our tip for a relaxed departure: 
Take advantage of the evening-before check-out to avoid waiting times in the morning.
We will be happy to leave your luggage at the hotel reception until your departure.

Online Check-In & Out

Dogs
Moin! Dear Guests,
Our ATLANTIC Hotel Sail City is a dog-friendly hotel and we are pleased that you have
chosen our establishment for your stay! We are happy to welcome your four-legged friends
together with you in selected rooms upon request.

In order for everyone to feel equally comfortable in our hotel, we ask you to kindly observe
the following house rules:

•  It is not allowed to keep more than one dog in the room at a time. Our hotel can only accommodate a limited number of animals at one time. Your dog must be kept on a leash throughout the hotel, including in the entrance area and on the driveway.
   
• In your room:  Your four-legged friend may spend the night on the dog blanket provided by the hotel  or in a dog bed you bring with you. Our hotel beds are off limits for dogs. Please use your own towels from home to dry your dog. The hotel’s towels are only meant for the hotel guests. If your dog is left alone in the room, please hang the “Dog in room” sign on the door. For safety reasons, the housekeeping team will not clean your room if an unattended dog is in it.
   
• STROM restaurant: Due to hygienic regulations, our richly assorted breakfast buffet, as well as any other meal provided by us as a buffet, must be kept dog-free.
   
• Taking your dog for a walk: The Weser dyke offers extensive exercise for your dog in the immediate vicinity of our hotel, with ample opportunity for even the “smallest business”, which would be out of place in the hotel entrance area. When you return from your walk on the dyke, please dry and clean your dog before entering the hotel facilities or your room.
   
• Dogs are not allowed in our entire Wellness Corner, including the sauna.
   
• Costs: For your dog, we charge € 20 per night. If your room is above-average dirty due to your dog, we reserve the right to charge a one-time additional final cleaning fee of at least € 150.

Electric charging station
Would you like to charge your electric car during your stay with us? You are welcome to send us this information before your arrival. As a non-binding customer request, we will note your desired charging time in your reservation or you inform our team upon arrival**. 
We charge € 25.00 per charging (including parking fees for one night).
**Availability cannot be guaranteed. Changes at short notice possible.

Green Service (room cleaning) 
We have received several awards for exemplary sustainable action as part of our #grünunterwegs strategy, especially for our careful use of precious resources. Green service means that we clean your room from a stay of more than 3 nights. In this way, we save large amounts of water, energy and cleaning agents and reduce the burden on the environment.

Internet
As a hotel and event guest, you can use the high-speed WiFi connection throughout the hotel free of charge.

Laundry service
We offer a cleaning service Monday to Friday, except on public holidays. If you drop off your clothes by 8.00 am, they will be returned to you by 6.00 pm on the same day. You will find price lists and laundry bags in your wardrobe or at reception at any time.

Mains voltage
The voltage is 230 volts.

Maxi-Bar
Sustainable or homemade snacks and an extensive selection of drinks can be found in the hotel lobby. The reception team is there for you 24/7!

Newspapers
You will find an extensive selection of over 600 newspapers and magazines as e-papers in our digital newspaper kiosk, free access is possible via the guest WLAN, alternatively you will find the QR code on the insert with your room card.

Non-smokers
We are a pure non-smoking hotel.

At check-in you will be asked to authorise a credit card or to pay the bill directly. For both options, a deposit of € 50.00 will be taken.

Parking
The Havenwelten public car park is located directly under the hotel building.
The cost is € 7.00 per night. Access is via the address "H.-H.-Meier-Str.".

There are two entrances, one leading up from "H.-H.-Meier-Str." and one leading down. If possible, use the exit directly below the Klimahaus® Bremerhaven. You will find access to the hotel lifts here between rows 8 and 9. Parking on both levels can be charged to you. 

At our reception you will only receive one exit ticket per day, there are no tickets available for multiple entry and exit on the same day.

Reception
Our reception is open 24 hours a day.
Do you need a taxi, a bouquet of flowers, a city map, a rental car or entrance tickets? Please contact our reception staff.

Regio-Shop
Various books for young and old, maritime jewelry or handmade candles are just a few examples of the contents you will find in the Regio-Shop in the hotel lobby. The changing offer has a wide selection, whether you buy it for yourself or for your loved ones. A selection of snacks and drinks is also available 24/7. Our team at the reception will be happy to help you. Here you can find a few impressions of our changing assortment!

Safes
All hotel rooms are equipped with safes.
There is no general liability for the loss of valuables in the hotel.

Sauna & fitness area

On the 2nd floor you can relax with the following inclusive services:

• Panoramic sauna
• Relaxation room and balcony with Weser view
• 2 foot pools and shower facilities
• Fitness area: 1 fitness bike, 1 treadmill and 1 Variotrainer

We recommend booking in advance as the sauna has a lead time of 45 minutes. We will be happy to bring a bathrobe to your room.

All-round regional & seasonal – for us that means: fresh, regional dishes and a seasonally changing menu.

Viewing platform
This is a public tourist attraction in the Havenwelten and can only be accessed via the entrance on the Deichplaza (subject to a charge). Tickets are available from the ticket machine there.
