Our service for you in the ATLANTIC Hotel Heidelberg

As a hotel guest, you can use our spa area, which is open daily and features a sauna and relaxation area, free of charge.

We’d be happy to provide you with a bathrobe and slippers. Please speak to our reception for this.

Our fitness centre, open daily and featuring modern Technogym workout equipment, is available to you free of charge.

You can park your bicycle free of charge in our locked bicycle area within the underground car park. Please ask at reception for further information and the relevant key cards.

We are happy to provide a baby cot in your room on request and subject to availability.

A coffee machine with a small selection of different pods is at your disposal.

A bottle of water is provided in your room as a welcome gift.

We offer free WLAN throughout the hotel.

With Mediabox, a large selection of national and international newspapers and magazines are available to you digitally free of charge in the hotel via the guest WLAN. 

Our dedicated medical concierge handles every detail of your stay, from organizing clinic and hospital transport — including wheelchair-friendly options — to assisting with administrative needs and providing personalized local recommendations and daily support.

If you opt out of room cleaning during a stay of two nights or more, you will receive a € 5.00 voucher which you can redeem during your stay for dinner at 15 High, at our bar or in the Deli Lounge.
