At the ATLANTIC Hotel Heidelberg, the needs of our guests are our top priority. Right from the planning stage, we made sure that the hotel would be accessible to all. Our goal is to make sure that people with different mobility needs have a pleasant and comfortable stay.

The disability-friendly design includes wide walkways, step-free entrances and lifts that facilitate access to all floors. All public areas of the hotel, including the restaurant, lobby and conference rooms, are also accessible. Our dedicated team is always on hand to offer assistance and respond to individual requests to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

Our accessible rooms are equipped with a number of amenities to make your stay as comfortable as possible:

• Wheelchair access: All rooms and public areas are accessible via ramps or lifts.
• Spacious rooms: Our rooms offer sufficient space for wheelchairs and other aids.
• Wide doors: The doors are extra wide to allow easy passage.
• Bathroom facilities: The bathrooms are equipped with roll-in showers, handrails, non-slip floors and height-adjustable mirrors.
• Emergency call systems: Emergency call buttons are installed in the bathrooms and bedrooms to call for help quickly in an emergency.
