It is unique: Wellness and beauty as though you were on board your own personal yacht. On deck 1 of the ATLANTIC Hotel Wilhelmshaven you can enjoy all the comforts of our spacious spa area with many relaxation and activity offers in an exclusive ambience across 1,000 m². In the fitness room you can work out using the latest cardio equipment and, in both saunas (Finnish sauna and steam sauna), indulge in wonderful relaxing warmth.

In our three spa cabins we take plenty of time for you and pamper guests with the natural beauty formulas by Oceanwell. Besides classic treatments, our spa menu also includes massages and treatments according to ayurvedic principles. And, for those of you who would like to keep or get in shape: our highly qualified personal trainer can put together an individual programme for you and support you with challenging coaching and training offers.

Afterwards, you will have earned a little indulgence! Get comfortable in our rest area with terrace and totally relax and unwind with a view of the Große Hafen and the Kaiser-Wilhelm Bridge. Sheer bliss!

Pool

The spacious indoor pool with a size of 15 x 6 meters offers enough space to actively swim laps or just to let yourself drift. With a water temperature of approx. 28°C, you can start the day relaxed or relax after an eventful day.

Steam bath

For those who don't like it that hot, our steam bath with approx. 42°C and high humidity provides cozy warmth and relaxation.

Opening times of the sauna area: Monday to Sunday from 10.00 am to 10.00 pm

Finnish sauna

A visit to our Finnish sauna is part of a comprehensive beauty and spa wellness program. 90°C air temperature and 10% humidity invite you to sweat in a healthy and relaxing way. The accompanying ice shower then brings the body temperature back to normal.

Fitness area

For everyone who would like to be physically active, a modern fitness room is available in our beauty and spa area. Various cardio machines and dumbbells are available here for your personal training. Strengthen your muscles and your cardiovascular system or really work out after a long day at the North Sea.

Fitness room opening times: Monday to Sunday from 7.00 am to 10.00 pm

For runners and walkers, we recommend two routes in our vicinity. Take a look at our jogging map or speak to us!

Relaxation room

You can relax in our cozy relaxation room and on our sunny spa terrace. With a wonderful view of the Great Harbor and the Kaiser Wilhelm Bridge, you can relax from the sauna and let your mind wander.

Plankpad fitness equipment

A plank a day keeps the doctor away?

A plank workout strengthens arms, shoulders, back, abdomen, butt and legs in a highly efficient way. A matching app combines games and workouts on your own smartphone or tablet. The movements performed on the plankpad control the games.
