In just a few minutes to walk you will find the Sport Lounge Munte, where you can fully concentrate on your fitness training. There are the latest training equipment, courses (spinning, aqua fitness, body pump and much more), badminton & squash and beauty treatments such as cavitation (ultrasound treatment) and, among other things, negative pressure treatment available. Try out our brand-new rental bikes and explore the green Blockland with the "Kuh, Knipp und Kult" map or take a leisurely ride into Bremen city centre.

Is there anything better than going for a run through the green countryside after a long day? Our jogging map shows you various running routes in the neighbouring park "Stadtwald/Bürgerpark". We also highly recommend running a lap around the so-called "Unisee" - the route is around 6 km. Afterwards you can refresh yourself at our jogging point in the lobby - a glass of water and a piece of fruit will do your body good!
