Important traffic information
Due to roadworks near the motorway bridge on Leher Heerstraße, the road may be closed at weekends between 6.00 pm on Friday evening and 5.00 am on Monday morning.
To avoid the closure, take the Bremen-Vahr motorway exit towards Oberneuland. Turn right and follow Franz-Schütte-Allee, then take Rockwinkeler Heerstraße. Continue along this road until you reach Oberneulander Heerstraße. Turn left onto Oberneulander Heerstraße and continue straight ahead. The hotel is on the right-hand side of the road. This way, you can avoid the road closure and still reach the ATLANTIC Hotel Landgut Horn without any problems.

Important traffic information
Due to roadworks near the motorway bridge, the A27 motorway will be closed from 10.00 pm on Wednesday night until 5.00 am on Thursday morning.
Travelling from the south (Hamburg/Hanover): If you are travelling from the south, please take the Bremen-Vahr exit and follow the U19 diversion to Leher Heerstraße.
Travelling from the north (Cuxhaven/Bremerhaven): If you are travelling from the north, please take the Bremen Horn-Lehe exit and follow the U42 diversion to Leher Heerstraße.
Standard journey
From Hamburg
Take the B4 to Billhorner Brückenstraße. From there, continue on the B4/B75. After 1.4 km, join the A255/B75. You will see signs for Bremen. From there, continue on the A255. After 3.4 km, join the A1. After 13.4 km, take the A1 exit towards Bremen/Seevetal – Hittfeld. Now drive for 82 km until you reach the Bremer Kreuz motorway junction. Here, keep right and follow the signs for the A27 towards Cuxhaven. You will reach the Bremen-Vahr exit, towards Bremen-Oberneuland. From here, drive to Leher Heerstraße. The ATLANTIC Hotel Landgut Horn is on the right-hand side.
From the direction of Hanover or Bremerhaven
Take the A27 motorway to the Horn-Lehe exit and then follow the road. At the large junction, turn right onto Lilienthaler Heerstraße towards Oberneuland. After about 1.2 km, just past the bridge, turn left onto Leher Heerstraße. The hotel is located approximately 150 m further on, on the left-hand side.
Arrival by public transport
From Bremen main station take streetcar line 4 in the direction of Borgfeld or Lilienthal to the Horner Mühle stop. From there you can reach the ATLANTIC Hotel Landgut Horn on foot in about 150 m. Alternatively, you can take bus 33 or 34 in the direction of Sebaldsbrück to the Wilhelm Röntgen Straße stop.
From Bremen Oberneuland train station, take bus route 33 or 34 directly towards Horn and get off at the Wilhelm-Röntgen-Straße stop. From there, it is about a 2-minute walk to the ATLANTIC Hotel Landgut Horn.
Arrival by Plane
Leave Bremen Airport through the main entrance. On the forecourt, please take streetcar line 6 in the direction of the university. Get off at the main station and take streetcar line 4 in the direction of Borgfeld or Lillienthal to the Horner Mühle stop. From there, either walk or take bus 33 or 34 in the direction of Sebaldsbrück to the Wilhelm Röntgen Straße stop. The hotel is located on the left side.
