Conference at a fixed price
Your guests will feel completely at ease and well looked after. Our "classic" conference package includes all the components for a successful conference day. In addition to conference drinks in the function room, two coffee breaks and lunch, standard equipment is also included.
When booking a conference package, we charge a daily set-up fee for seating and room cleaning.
This is independent of accommodation and catering sales and depends on the size of the room.
The "classic" conference package includes:
- A coffee break in the morning with:
- Filter coffee and a selection of ALTHAUS teas
- A refreshing or sweet snack consisting of 3 components
- Lunch as a seasonal 3-course menu or lunch buffet as recommended by the chef (depending on occupancy)
A coffee break in the afternoon with:
- Filter coffee and a selection of ALTHAUS teas
- A refreshing or sweet snack consisting of 3 components
- 2 non-alcoholic conference drinks of 0.2 litres per person in the event room
- Standard technology: 1 projector, 1 screen, 1 flipchart, 1 pin board
- Pads and pens in the room
- High-speed WLAN
