Half Day Green Conference Package

This conference package includes:

• ATLANTIC conference technology: 1 projector, 1 screen, 1 pin board, 1 moderator's case as well as pads and pencils in the room 
• Unlimited freshly filtered drinking water and apple juice in the conference room
• Unlimited coffee specialities with regional dairy products and a selection of teas in front of the event room
• ATLANTIC Break in the morning with a vegetarian brainfood snack consisting of a savoury and a sweet component as well as seasonal fruit from the region
• Lunch consisting of a vegetarian seasonal 2-course menu or lunch buffet (depending on occupancy)
• Freshly filtered drinking water and unlimited apple juice with lunch
• Meat/fish can be added on request. 

For each event booked, a tree will be planted in Germany in cooperation with the organisation Plant-my-Tree. In addition, all conference participants who also stay overnight in the hotel automatically receive our Green Service.
