Full Day Green Conference Package

This conference package includes:

• ATLANTIC conference technology: 1 projector, 1 screen, 1 pin board, 1 moderator's case as well as pads and pencils in the room 
• Unlimited freshly filtered drinking water and apple juice in the conference room
• Unlimited coffee specialities with regional dairy products and a selection of teas in front of the event room
• ATLANTIC Break in the morning with a vegetarian brainfood snack consisting of a savoury and a sweet component as well as seasonal fruit from the region
• Lunch consisting of a vegetarian seasonal 2-course menu or lunch buffet (depending on occupancy)
• Freshly filtered drinking water and unlimited apple juice with lunch
• Meat/fish can be added on request. 
• ATLANTIC Break in the afternoon with a vegetarian brainfood snack consisting of a savoury and a sweet component as well as seasonal fruit from the region
• Of course, you can also book an evening meal as a seasonal 2-course menu or dinner buffet (depending on occupancy) with meat, fish and vegetarian options including drinks for dinner.

For each event booked, a tree will be planted in Germany in cooperation with the organisation Nachhaltiger Norden e.V.. In addition, all conference participants who also stay overnight in the hotel automatically receive our Green Service.
