We would like to inform you that the City of Münster will be carrying out night-time asphalting work in the city centre from 9 to 14 September. Several streets will be affected by the work, including Nordstraße, Voßgasse, Bült, Bispinghof, Engelstraße, Herwarthstraße, Berliner Platz, Bahnhofstraße and Aegidiistraße.
Important for your stay:
In the night from Wednesday, 11 September to Thursday, 12 September, Engelstraße (between Engelenschanze and Herwarthstraße) and Herwarthstraße will be completely closed. Berliner Platz and Bahnhofstraße will also be partially closed during the night from Wednesday to Friday. The detours will be clearly marked.
Additional from September 13th to 15th, there will be road closures on the B51 at the B51/B54/Weseler Straße junction due to construction. Starting Friday at 7 PM, the road will be closed outward from the city, and from Saturday at 7 PM, it will also be closed towards the city center. Please use the detour via the bypass road Münster/Hammer Straße and allow extra time for your journey. Both directions should reopen by Monday morning, September 16th.
