Membership & Terms of Participation
Membership is free of charge. No contributions or fees of any kind whatsoever shall be collected.
Participation shall commence as soon as you receive your ATLANTIC CLASSIC CARD and have signed a confirmation that you accept the terms and conditions for membership.
ATLANTIC HOTELS BREMEN shall remain the owner of the ATLANTIC CLASSIC CARD (the card), and it may not be used as a credit card.
The Card is non-transferable and must always be presented upon arrival (check-in).
Companies or legal entities may not become members. Only natural persons, over age 18, are entitled to participate in our card program. Persons hold no legal claim to admission to program participation. ATLANTIC HOTELS BREMEN may refuse participation in the ATLANTIC CLASSIC CARD Program without any obligation to state grounds or reasons for refusal.
Card holders are required to notify ATLANTIC HOTELS BREMEN (AHB) immediately of any change of address by calling (0421) 333 00 549 or via e-mail at email@example.com.
Please contact AHB in the event of card loss or theft so that a new card may be issued to you. The replacement card will have a new membership number, and all of your points will be transferred from your old membership account to new account.
The member is responsible for using the card in accordance with any stipulated company guidelines.
Only the card holder may take advantage of card benefits. Card benefits are non-transferable.
Private use of points that were accumulated during a business stay in our hotel is subject to tax law. Each member is responsible for correctly paying taxes.
The Participant may terminate membership at any time in writing and without notice. AHB may only terminate membership with 2 weeks notice, unless good cause for immediate termination is given. AHB is moreover entitled to terminate membership immediately and to exclude the member from future participation for good cause. Good cause is especially given if the participant’s gravely breaches the Terms and Conditions of Membership or furnishes essentially false information or becomes a nuisance or exhibits injurious conduct vis-à-vis AHB, other employees of AHB or guests of AHB. All points shall remain valid for a period of 6 months from the date of termination in the event of due termination by the member, unless points lapse earlier due to normal expiry of time periods. Points shall lapse immediately on the date that the participant receives the notice of termination in the event of justified, immediate termination by AHB.
AHB reserves the right to discontinue the ATLANTIC CLASSIC CARD Program per se at any time or to replace it with another program (e.g., rewards granted by issuing points or on a point basis) or to duly terminate memberships. Regulations set out under the above clause shall apply accordingly for any such kinds of termination. Card holders shall be notified in text form regarding any modification or supplement of these same Terms of Participation, which shall be deemed approved if the participant continues to use his/her ATLANTIC CLASSIC CARD or fails to object to them in writing within one month after notification. Membership can be ended subject to the conditions of due termination if a member objects to a program modification.
