The new normal

Welcome – be our guest and enjoy your stay, which we will make as pleasant as possible under strict safety and hygiene conditions.

Our measures for healthy togetherness:

  • In all necessary areas, ATLANTIC Hotels employees wear a protective mask – with a smile behind it. 
  • Distance markings in the public areas limit your zone of contact to other guests and to ATLANTIC Hotels employees.
  • All public areas have sufficient disinfectant dispensers or wipes for ideal hygiene. There are also numerous facilities for washing your hands.
  • For your protection and for the protection of our employees and other guests, we limit the contact with you to a minimum, while still displaying our hospitality for guests. As far as possible, we avoid contact during check-in and check-out and recommend contactless payment at reception or directly when you make your reservation on our website.
  • As usual, we take care to ensure thorough cleaning of your rooms and the public areas. In addition, we recommend our Green Service if you stay for two nights or more. In this case, you forego the daily cleaning of your room.
  • Our restaurants and kitchens strictly follow the hygiene requirements when preparing your food. We pay close attention to the specified minimum distance and are happy to serve your meals in the outdoor area of the restaurant, where possible. Of course, we also recommend contactless payment in our restaurants. 

Covid-19 - "current information":

When planning your trip, please take into account the 2G regulation in our hotels in the federal states of Lower Saxony, North Rhine-Westphalia and the city of Bremerhaven as well as the 2G+ regulation in our hotels in the federal state of Schleswig-Holstein and the municipality of Bremen.

At check-in, we must therefore check your complete vaccination protection (digital or vaccination card) or a so-called convalescent certificate in conjunction with your identity card. If you cannot be vaccinated for health reasons, we require a corresponding medical certificate for inspection as well as a negative antigen test certificate, which must be renewed daily.

In the case of 2G +, a negative test (rapid antigen test, not older than 24 hours or PCR test, not older than 48 hours) must also be presented. 
Exception for the additional test in case of 2G+:
People whose full vaccination was less than three months ago, people whose infection was less than three months ago and people who
are considered boostered in the sense of the Covid-19 Protective Measures Ordinance (all people after the third vaccination, those who have recovered with two vaccinations, first vaccination with Johnson & Johnson and one additional vaccination) do not currently require a negative test.

Please take into account the respective valid regulations of the federal states regarding proof and compulsory testing for children as well as travel for business, medical and social-ethical reasons.

Guests arriving from a foreign high risk or virus variant area please refer to the applicable federal ordinance on entry and quarantine regulations and follow the hygiene recommendations of the RKI. 

The ATLANTIC Hotels comply with the applicable federal government regulations on entry and quarantine regulations and follow the hygiene recommendations of the RKI (Robert-Koch-Institut). Current information for travelers entering from a risk area can be found here.
