From mid-April to June 24th we will offer you a great asparagus menu created by our chef Stefan Thiemann. From the popular asparagus cream soup with smoked salmon strips to regional asparagus from fruit farmer Schindler with Hollandaise sauce, veal schnitzel and boiled potatoes, there is something for everyone.
