Access to the ATLANTIC Hotel Landgut Horn

Dear guests,

in the course of the renewal of the pressure pipelines by hanseWasser Bremen GmbH, there will be restricted access and traffic changes in the Horn-Lehe district until probably the end of February 2024. This also affects the access to the ATLANTIC Hotel Landgut Horn on the Leher Heerstraße.

Access route from 11 September 2023 with bus stops

Arrival by car:

Please note that from 10 September 2023, the hotel will only be accessible from "Bremen Oberneuland" and the road will be closed from the direction of "Bremen Horn".

If approaching via the A27 motorway: take the exit Bremen-Vahr, direction Bremen-Oberneuland. Here you drive to the Leher Heerstraße. The ATLANTIC Hotel Landgut Horn is on the right hand side.

Arrival by public transport:

Buses 33 and 34 will only run to the stop "Horner Kirche" since 02 May 2023 until probably the end of February 2024. There you can change to tram line 4 to the "Horner Mühle" stop. From the stop "Horner Mühle" it is approx. 500 m (8 minutes by foot) to the ATLANTIC Hotel Landgut Horn.
