Asparagus Season

Asparagus, colourful and versatile – try it green, e.g. as a wild herb salad with dandelion, bittercress and chickweed (€ 12,50) or purple as guinea fowl supreme with pea risotto for
€ 18,50. We also do classic dishes – with Hellweg asparagus, Oldenburg jacket-boiled potatoes and San Daniele ham for € 26,00 per main course.

Tip: house-made asparagus ice cream with strawberries and cress (€ 9,50).
