New Year´s Eve – THE ROARING TWENTIES

On the roof of the ATLANTIC Grand Hotel, guests can dance the night away to jazz and swing classics from “the roaring twenties” of the last century played by the Metropol Ensemble and enjoy an exhilarating view across Bremen. All partygoers are also invited to dress in the style of the time. In keeping with the motto, alto head chef Daniel Otto will be serving his new and exquisite 6-cours menu.

The menu:

Upon reception in the étagère:
tuna tataki, seaweed salad, Sylt Royal oysters, Chester
bread, beef tartar, caper apples and wonton chips.

Duck liver mousse with ice wine gel,
eggy brioche and sea fennel

Pheasant consommé with morel ravioli,
tarragon shredded pancake and cress

Confit halibut with bacon espuma,
minted pea purée, apple blossoms and
pumpernickel crust

Violet sorbet and champagne

Braised and roasted veal with sweet
potato and almond puree, smoked
shallots and vanilla jus

Caramel-pear bar with yoghurt ice
cream, raspberry cracker and pine
nut ragout


After partying all night, fall into one of our wonderfully comfortable beds and be transported back to the future to enjoy a generous breakfast buffet the following morning.
